Caring for the Sick and Elderly
The cost of living in Singapore has risen significantly over time and people are increasingly finding difficulties in obtaining affordable medical care when they fall ill. With the teachings of Reverend Song Dafeng in mind, a modern and well-equipped Free Medical Clinic was built and launched on 16th May 2001, with intentions to provide free medical care to the elderly, sick and needy, irregardless of race, language or religion. It is ISO 9001:2000 Certified
Nam Hong Free Medical Centre is one of the only few clinics in Singapore to be operating with a fully computerized system and a well-equipped Physiotherapy Department. With only a nominal registration fee of two dollars, all patients will receive necessary treatments and medication as prescribed by our well trained and well received Chinese Physicians. Currently we have six trained Physicians and five Supporting Staff.
The various types of treatments includes Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Cupping,
Heat Therapy, Health Management, Consultation, Medication or even combinations of a few treatments as our Physicians see fit.
Health Talks

At a recent talk conducted at the Community Centre, it concluded with a total of seven hundred participants, both young and old taking part. Topics discussed ranged from skin to heart problems. A panel of two experts took part in this talk.
